Is 2017 the year you have decided to eat healthier and exercise? Have you tried many diets and failed… Don’t know where or how to start living healthy or exercises you can to…. Then its’ time to get your motivation back by attending the Women’s Health & Fitness Day.
The mission of Women’s Health & Fitness Day event is to inform, encourage and inspire change through health, wellness and fitness to women, ages 18 and up. The Women’s Health & Fitness Day will include vendors, interactive fitness classes and educational seminars highlighting the importance of living a healthy lifestyle from fitness and health experts. We will also be providing childcare for ages 3 months – 12 years.
We will be starting the day at 8:00 am with a fun walk. What a great way to begin the day, having fun with family, friends and exercising.
Fun Walk: 8 am – 9:30 am
Main Event: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
There are several ways to participate, you can participate in the fun walk (only), the main event (only) or in both events.
The first 100 people to attend the event will receive an event t-shirt (shirts aren’t available for children).
Raffle Prizes $1 (monies donated to Safe Alliance)

1 Jawbone UP
One 3 day and 2 night trip
Must present Eventbrite ticket for admission.
Childcare is available. Space is limited.
Must be 18 years or older to be in the gym.
